By accessing or using Galaxy Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Marketplace Usage Rules

Galaxy Market is a platform that facilitates transactions between users. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in the marketplace.

3. Buyer & Seller Responsibilities

Sellers: You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and the fulfillment of orders.
Buyers: You are responsible for reviewing listings and making prompt payments for purchases.
Service Providers: You must deliver services as described and maintain professional standards.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Users agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions. Galaxy Market facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the financial contract between buyer and seller.

5. Regional Availability Notice

United States: Full platform functionality is available, including product and service marketplaces.

Cameroon: Users may currently only consume services. Product selling and marketplace creation features are not yet available in this region.

6. Limitation of Liability

Galaxy Market is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items or services listed.

Galaxy Market is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. Transaction processing is facilitated through Stripe. Galaxy Market is not the direct seller of third-party products or services listed by users unless explicitly stated.

7. Intellectual Property

The Galaxy Market name, logo, and all platform content are the property of Galaxy Market and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Galaxy Market is registered.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for violations of these terms.
